What therapies I offer

Good therapy should be tailored to your needs, rather than a 'one-size fits all' approach. Listed below are a range of evidence-based therapies I offer. I can recommend which therapy is suited to you based on an in-depth assessment with you.

Please send me an email with a brief overview of the difficulties you are having. I can then offer you an initial assessment.

 

 

The initial therapy assessment lasts 2 hours and will take place in my comfortable and private office in Leicester

 

 

If we both agree to work together after the assessment, we can arrange regular weekly sessions.
